Welcome to Dearios

Welcome to the Dearios application (hereinafter referred to as "App", "Dearios", or "Service"). These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and the Dearios development team (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "development team"), governing your use of the Dearios application. By installing, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

License to Use

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

This license does not allow you to:

• Distribute or make copies of the App available to third parties.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, modify, or create derivative works.
• Circumvent, remove, disable, or otherwise interfere with any technological measures of the App.

User Content

By using the Dearios App, you may create, upload, or store data, including but not limited to contact information, meeting records, and task information (hereinafter referred to as "User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable right to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, transmit, and display such content in the process of providing the Service.

You promise that your User Content:

• Is owned by you or you have the right to use and authorize us to use it.
• Does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Does not violate any laws, regulations, or rules.

User Responsibilities

When using the Dearios App, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate personal information.
• Keep your account information and password secure.
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Not spread malware or harmful data.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App.

Intellectual Property

The Dearios App, including its content, design, graphics, interface, code, etc., is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless explicitly permitted by these terms, you may not use, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, or otherwise exploit intellectual property related to the App.

Fees and Subscriptions

The Dearios App offers free versions and paid subscription options. Regarding subscriptions:

• Subscription fees will be charged through your iTunes account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your iTunes account settings.
• Paid subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the applicable refund policy.

Disclaimer

The Dearios App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that errors in the App will be corrected.

You expressly understand and agree that you use the App at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our suppliers, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits, or other losses, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notifications or by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the App after the terms have changed constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason without notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.

You may terminate this agreement by ceasing to use the App and deleting it from your device.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the People's Republic of China to resolve any disputes related to these terms.
